What the fuck is he talking about? You fell for that fake news? We know for a fact he had chemical weapons - he used them on Iran and the Kurds and killed thousands. Are you suggesting he vanished them into thin air? The problem was that we didn't have a clue WHAT he really had because he constantly fucked around with the inspections. As it turned out, he managed to get rid of them somewhere. Yes, the threat was exaggerated, but it wasn't a complete fabrication. He had WMD and had used them on innocent people. Fact.
