9/11 was planned way before Bush became president. I was an employee for United Airlines. The FAA KNEW that they were going to target airlines, but they had no idea how. We were jumping through hoops at least 1 1/2-2 years before 9/11. Pilot and flight attendant handbooks were stolen years before...with all inside information on Jetway codes, how to jumpseat in the cockpit, how to handle hijackings, etc.

They arrested one man in ORD who was caught stealing our luggage along with our handbooks. He was working as a janitor or kitchen worker. His arrest came several months after the thefts started. Hotel workers were also stealing from pilot hotel rooms on international layovers. Pilot uniforms and layouts of planes/handbooks were stolen. 9/11 was a very sophisticated operation NOT planned in seven months during the Bush administration!
