Tech like this teaches "learned helplessness." Another brick in the wall for the mindless zombies.

I use GPS map software when navigating long distances, but still make an effort to learn the lay of the land & how to get around without it. Having an ability to imagine 3-dimensional shapes & mentally move or manipulate them is a crucial cognitive skill, especially for men. It definately plays a major role in abstract thinking & problem solving. I urge everyone to keep those skills well-honed & resist relying on technology wherever possible.
