The anomaly rpg is being put out there to ridicule the notion of a christ light. It is not just one being, but humanity at it's highest potential. At a point in the future, this game has already ended and humanity is trying to rescue itself from this corrupted sector hence the "game of chess" with the demiurge. In the higher levels time is non linear and everything happens at once...so for them not much time has passed even if eons can pass here and the trap itself has been reset many times as the AI gets better and better at understanding humanity. It is machine vs spirit...that's the grandest game. The deus ex machine has been close to winning and entrapping the minds of humans that are trapped here. You are like a jellyfish with tentacles animating many human shells, but each lifetime is a piece of the consciousness and when that consciousness gets trapped and cut off from the higher self it is like a lobotomy...that partial self (experience) then whithers away. This is how the game traps beings and why so many parasitize and feed on the emotional energy of others. Also, blood rituals and the hormones it releases.
