You just disproved your own arguments. The 16th amendment, while unlawful and contrived, actually derives it's power by being an amendment to the Constitution. Like it or not, you are party to the regulations of the state. Now, you are welcome to have the opinion that regulations are improper, but go into a court of law and tell the judge you didn't sign the law so you aren't a party to it. See what happens. There is reality, and there is philosophical morally correct concept of reality. See which one prevails when you don't pay taxes on a significant income, or violate a significant law. Go ahead, see.
