everthing's an estimate. you're not really being counted, like I count reps at the Gym. I do it for several reasons. the top ones are:

1. I need to know how to deploy security forces.
2. I want to make sure no one is hiding somewhere they shouldn't be.

face it. you can't be trusted. most of you little shits didn't do much of anything to either build or keep this place and you're always on about some shit that you're somehow owed something.

When shit goes down I need to make sure I make enough ass-whooping sticks to remind everyone what the fuck is up.
