I would say try listening to that for three hours and see how you feel afterwards. Will you feel physically, mentally and spiritually better and rejuvenated? Will you have developed new ideas? Will you have had new insights or inspirations?

What if the 9 billion inhabitants of this earth listened to this for a month? What effect would it have? Would they, after listening to this, have an extra spring in their step, be filled with enthusiasm to dedicate themselves to their tasks and to help others? Would continuous listening to this sort of music be more likely to sooth or aggravate? Would it promote peace rather than violence? Do you want a violent world?

I would agree that playing or dancing to this sort of music will GET EMOTIONS OUT - probably emotions of anger or striving for independence if one feels suppressed or abused in any way, but this can result in uncontrollable violence and may hurt others. It is good to get anger or annoyance out into the open BEFORE IT GROWS TO SUCH AN EXTENT THAT IT BURSTS THE LID AND HARMS ANYONE NEARBY.

As I said in my first post, music is a powerful tool. For what purpose has it been used by those who do not wish anything to progress on this planet? As with all else where power is concerned, there is an unpleasant agenda.
