I have no reason to promote this. I used this many years ago to help get rid of heavy metals and clear blockages. IV treatment is painful and much harder.

Increase calcium intake.
Low dietary calcium increases parathyroid hormone. PTH sucks calcium from your bones and it attaches to soft tissue.

Calcium, k2(mk4), and D3 all will help.
Increase salt intake and increase CO2 via vitamin B1,B2,niacinamide and daily aspirin.
Finally, progesterone 8-12mg/day for men.
