How come Mark always does that weird bouncing up and down movement as if he's sitting on his favorite prostate toy?

That and his neck muscles bulging because of the fake voice he uses as opposed to his relaxed voice when he interviews on the street?

I don't know why he bounces but it may be because California gets a lot of earthquakes.
