Lookout for B/F, 14 yrs of age, 100 lbs., short dreadlocks, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and khaki pants I lived in D.C... drove home from China town after dinner one evening and saw one drive by shooting happen in front of me and passed by two more before I got home... three dead.
