Just when you think it can't get any crazier than it already is, boom, it does.  A 12-year-old Kansas girl was hauled out of school in handcuffs and charged with a felony — for making a finger gun with her hands, according to reports [link to nypost.com (secure)] All the times I've done that, I guess I deserve the electric chair. |
