I would like to look into this, but I'm really not sure how to go about it.

What are all current possible explanations for that little flash?

One possibility, I was thinking, perhaps it is part of a controlled burn, but I'm not seeing, hearing anything about a controlled burn on this date or location ––and it's definitely NOT controlled!

The Reche fire is not a danger anymore. Evacuations were cancelled.

somehow this ties into current events today, i just dont know how.

Mike Morales noted a large flash/explosion on satellite at the location and start of the Paradise fire last year. His research is impeccable but his videos are long. A few connections have been made that are interesting.
1. PG&E contracted a company around 2005, Solaren who utilize space based energy. It looks like 2016 they actually started getting some of the energy. Solar panels in space collect energy which is then transferred to microwave energy and it is then beamed back to earth near Fresno and one other location. What could possibly go wrong with that scenario? I believe this same company is involved with DEW tech.
2. Dutchsinse's video also uses the same satellite images in his videos. The Paradise fire and many other fires are near old volcanic butes. Interestingly, these are often located to massive geotherming sites. Again, what could possibly go wrong with all of the geothermal drilling on top of old volcanos.

A few quotes, much less than 50 percent.
Solaren would generate the power using solar panels in Earth orbit and convert it to radio-frequency transmissions that would be beamed down to a receiving station in Fresno, PG&E said. From there, the energy would be converted into electricity and fed into PG&E's power grid.


Solaren's chief executive officer, Gary Spirnak, said the project would be the first real-world application of space solar power, a technology that has been talked about for decades but never turned into reality.

Solaren's director for energy services, Cal Boerman, said he was confident his company would be able to deliver the power starting in mid-2016, as specified in the agreement. "There are huge penalties associated with not performing," he told msnbc.com. He said PG&E would be "our first client" but was not expected to be the only one.

California has had plate techtonic problem since Paleolithic days NOBODY needs to attack it. It would have been deep under the Pacific if higher forces had not been protecting it for centuries. EXPECT anything along a fault line got it?
