On a related note, I saw a video once that super weird and never was able to find it again. It was a WV state trooper killing a dog. He was called to a residence was talking to someone, stopped what he was doing almost like he froze, walked away from a conversation and shot a dog in another yard. It was just really bizarre like he was programmed. The strangest part was every time I look for the video I find a different video from the same area that makes much more logical sense. This story reminds me of that.
