get rid of those curtains for one and see if you can change the backsplash in dining room...is it tiled?
I would put class door to the office and would add remote blinds in a neutral color

paint in builders white, and get it staged properly

staging is good now but may not go with new paint colour

trust me it pays to change it up and to ask for more than less

I would go more towards neutral get rid of the brown and tiling and add some modern cement in there also ...whats the selling price?

The glass tile throughout the home makes it dated. It has a very Las Vegas feel with décor which is a real estate no no because it's tacky. It's also very cluttered.

I would scale back on the modern style, declutter, and focus on like a spa like retreat since you can change all that glass tile. Think more neutral and accepting. Remember you're selling your home to potential buyers. So you need to depersonalized it and make it appealing to a wide auidience.
