My kid asked me what would happen if I bought South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands...
Tore down the old whaling station, and put up..

A boardwalk.
A Baseball Sadium.
A greyhound racing track.
A Horse racing rack.
A casino strip
Irish pub sports bars.
Billiards Pool Halls.
Strip Clubs.
Brothels.
A boxing and UFC Gym.
A Gun shooting range.

Made the age of majority 16..


I told him that such is what America was like in the early 20th century...
Problems are created by having fertile breeding grounds for them..

Anytime you want to be beaten to death or shot for nothing or stabbed..
Or become a disease magnet...

Just recreate the fertile breeding grounds for trouble..like all those kinds of things.

That kind of stuff would make a shithole country...
