Isn't that the point to foster and encourage people to be socially active with their neighbors? I remember those days when people enjoyed their porches and were polite and social with their community. In today's world, people don't even know their neighbors in larger communities. I do miss the country where neighbors truly are neighbors. The whole story hasn't been revealed in this article. Someone felt threatened by them and that answer is obvious. |

Part of why 'diversity' does not work is that people of different cultures have different facial expressions and body language. So it can be difficult to read intent. |

Since most houses have the living room areas in the front, excessive street noise can be annoying. Back yards are where the noisy play activities take place in most neighborhoods. |

If they got maced, there is way more to the story. No Jersey cop is going to mace 2 teenagers for loitering on their own property. |

I’d like to know what law the cop thinks exists that makes the front yard off limits for the family. Huge lawsuit pending I hope. |
