However, inevitable typhoons and other periods of heavy rain make it an uphill battle. Experts are still trying to work out what to do with this tritium-contaminated water. Quoting: Goofy for God [link to www.taiwannews.com.tw (secure)] Was waiting for this news Horrible! We were on the beach regularly right after that disaster before we knew the danger, and items from Japan washed up constantly. So now there will be bags, those which weren't torn open on their journey, arriving on the USA beaches. Many in this area who have no idea what's coming will be opening the bags, poking around them, out of curiosity. I shake my head at the wisdom of storing them right by a river, knowing the frequency of earthquakes and severe storms in that area. More death in the ocean. Dear God, what man has done to this beautiful natural world - I am so very sorry. Prayer is the most powerful force on earth. “I care not for a man's religion whose dog and cat are not the better for it.” Abraham Lincoln I sign all karma given. Would that those giving it to me followed suit. |
