They only charged the guy with a misdemeanor and he was driving on the wrong side of the road. He has two prior convictions, one for drunk driving and, for some reason, they don't suspect alcohol played any role in the crash. He was also (surprise, surprise) uninsured. He had another prior conviction for child neglect, and had a domestic violence case dismissed. I don't care what your thoughts are on illegal immigration.
