There are plenty of experiments that show moonlight as cooler on a similar object in moon shade. Ceramic plates, concrete, wood. Moonlight is not reflected from the sun.

Let's look at this and apply it to the Earth:

1) People knew the Earth was a globe for hundreds of years before the CIA was invented.
2) William Casey said that the goal of the CIA is to change the public's beliefs.
3) Since the public already knew the Earth was a globe, and the CIA's goals is to change public belief, it follows that the goal of the CIA is to make people believe that the Earth is something other than a globe.
4) Therefore, it follows that the Flat Earth movement is a disinformation campaign promoted by the CIA.
