Earlier today it was reported that US/Coalition forces withdrew from west of Manbij and Qara Quzaq bridge, heading towards their main base in Kharab Ashk, west of Ein Issa. This is the base that Turkish jihadists are approaching and shelling nearby.

Some US forces to remain in northeastern Syria, SDF sources say

Residual US forces will remain inside northeast Syria even after President Donald Trump formally announced yesterday that an estimated 1,000 US service members would be withdrawn from the Kurdish-controlled zone, sources linked to the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) told Al-Monitor today. At least three sources said that “some” US forces would redeploy southeast of the town of Manbij.

I was gonna say... a couple dozen US spec ops. guys could pretty easily whoop the shit of a few hundred of Turkey's 'associated forces' they are calling them- (relatively untrained mercs. (the watered-down version of Blackwater)). If they still have access to air... fugettaboutit.

They BETTER still have access to air- I seem to remember POTUS saying loud and clear 'out troops are completely out of Syria' (to be fair, 'troops' are typically associated with conventional ground forces, of which spec. ops. are not).

I called this the day it was announced- they are taking the leash off of Turkey just to get the bullets flying- hard to start WWIII is no one is shooting at each other! It is totally conceivable that the 'false flag' we need to fully go balls-in on this thing, is to have a FOB full of Navy Seals and other spec. ops. guys annihilated- (or even just to say that they were).
