I do believe everything is connected in the universe. Mind, memory, method. So for sure also our personalities have changed, not sure if they have progressed.

Children for example are much more mature nowadays than say 30 years ago. Technology, evolving generations are a big influence in that. I don't see that as a good thing per se. It takes the youth away and soon we will see children as adults from age 10-12 onward, with responsibilities, packed schedules etc. Most kids have that already.

People from an previous generation, look at that shaking their heads, whereas current generation, thinks it is rather normal.

I am generalizing of course, but look at how they use children to get their message across. I call that gretanisation.

So Mandela effect, parallel universe? I am very open minded, but I don't know. These are discussions where there is 50% believer and 50% non believer. To me it boils down how we let our lives rule by external influences. One is better in countering it than the other.

I notice how we are speeding up in society. The question is if we know why we do that. Or are we just following the crowd, on the run and never free. I can't think that way. There is always a choice, at least in those things where you are in the lead.

Knowing why reminds me of that old geezer I met the other day and he said: "You know, I am 89 yrs old and I still chase after women!"

I said: "Cool! Means you are a very healthy guy!"

He replied: "Well, I still chase after them, but I honestly don't know why!"

Maybe we need to use our memory more often to remind us about way back when..

You know Pooka, that is what I am wondering too. Now that there is such a shift in mindset in generations, who will teach them. Of course we can say, well, way back in the 50s and 60s our parents yelled at the kids for adoring Rock and Roll etc., but to me that's different.

We lived in an analog era back then, where family and religion were the corner stones of society. Nowadays we live in a digital era, where technology and economy are the new corner stones.

Having said that, in that knowledge I can not see how today's and future generations ever get back to values like we used to know. There is no turning back in that respect, unless there is a total reset of technology to a point where people are dependent on each other again.

But who will survive if they haven't been taught how? Take a simple thing like a calculator. I can calculate almost faster out of my head than using a machine, because we were taught. Most of today's generation are not able to do that.

Maybe a silly example, but it shows how dependent we have let ourselves become from technology.

I do the same. But I guess that's also the mystery of women. Compare it to having an argument with her. She always, always has the final say. If you as a guy say something after that, it is the start of a new argument.

A friend of mine said with a firm look: "I am entitled to my own opinion in my marriage. At least that is what my wife says."

I hear what you are saying, but it doesn't work that easy, over here at least. The regulations, the obligatory school system does not allow you to keep your kids out of school.

Also here, the shift in mindset of generations is the bottom line. Parents should be parents again. But family is not the corner stone anymore (generalizing, I know.) Money and economy is. Meanwhile cost of living has become so extremely high, our average debt has increased to a level, that in most cases both parents need to work to make a living, which means less attention to raise the children, children being taught to be more independent and become grown ups at a much earlier age.

Funny (or sad) thing is that today's generation with little kids are telling us older folks that we are making a mountain out of a mole hill. We see the differences, they don't, or at least not anymore. Ain't nobody go time for that...

Someone needs to cut that big cable running through the ocean or find the switch to the global grid. That might give us a chance in that respect, but I am afraid it would cause a whole society to crash into an apocalyptic world where only the right of the strongest and fittest counts..

Not sure if I want that either. We just need try and use or brians and respect life and help and support each other.

Interesting that you mention that. I truly believe it is part of what we are experiencing right now. I had a discussion the other day with a friend about Gladio (Stay Behind) operations from the past over here in Europe from 1960 to 2000, which tactics is eerie similar to the False Flag operations in the USA the past two decades.

Since Trump was a big surprise winner to many of the traditional politicians (from which Gladio emerged), they are now trying to destabilize the USA through these tactics. Create chaos, division, get their gun control agenda through etc.

(Doesn't mean that all shootings are false flags though..)

But what do I know. It may seem odd to say, but these hidden, government funded cells are perfectly able to assassinate even presidents and so far (luckily) no attempt has been made. Or maybe Trump is also part of it... we live in a strange world!

To me that is the true NWO agenda that is being played out more and more in our faces, first Europe, then the other Western countries, like the USA. It all has to do with ageing and is proven by facts.

It is not about racism, hate or anything. You and I both probably have friends or people we know that are of a different belief or color. It is about the agenda, people are being played, on both ends.

People of the same cultural background and religion often flock together. You see that in the ghettos in the big cities across the globe. We do the same, emigrating to foreign countries. In general with larger groups we try to find like minded people, also in language and culture.

What you see in those ghettos in our Western world, is that they become states within states. Places where it is hard for Law Enforcement to stand their ground. It is not the silent majority in those ghettos that is the problem, but the hate speech imams who influence young kids to spread their Islamic ideology. And with that the ageing agenda becomes a religious one, a who dominates who agenda.

I guess Japan is an example of a closed society. One who is not infected by that forced multi cultural crap. And even though not everything over there is sunshine either and they have a history of extreme evil doing, they live in a society where every day values between parents, teachers, children still exist. Clarity. Not calling your mom or dad or teacher by their first name, disrespect authority etc.

Israel and the Palestinians will never live in long lasting peace. Their differences are too big to solve, when you get taught from birth that the other side is the ultimate evil. That will never change. I have seen it in my Lebanon time in the military. Neighbors, friends for decades, but each hanging on to a different splinter party. And then some ayatollah, thousands miles away, calls for killing all those who do not believe what he teaches. And before we knew it, these neighbors were fighting and killing each other.

One time there was a heavy fire fight, which lasted for three days about a stone pit. In the end we had eight dead people on our army property. And the stone pit was left deserted again, like months before. So there simply was no other reason for killing each other other than listening to some religious idiot.

We live in dangerous times. I do believe that it won't take long before we get in another true global war (even though we are in one already from another, terrorist perspective.) And to know that I am the most positive guy on the planet probably..

All we can do is hang on to ourselves, our own instincts, our own circle of influence. Stay true to yourself and what you belief in, also who you belief in. All that matters.

I was thinking, with all the negativity going around in our society, people killing each other, degrading each other, hurting each other through words, actions, emphasizing weakness instead of pointing out the strengths we all carry inside, there have to be moments in each persons life, that lift you up, take you away from that darkness, make you feel that you are recognized, whether it be a tiny ray of light, a stranger's gesture to make your day, whether it be a smile just by someone that passes you in the street, the tip off the hat, a kiss blown to you from miles away, an unexpected phone call from a friend that parted in anger over some silly argument, the sound of someone whistling a tune that sticks in your head all day, thát feeling that tells you you are beautiful, awesome, unique, special and make a difference in people's lives just from being you.

Just take a brief moment to tell someone that you care, just out of the blue. Watch the surprised look on their faces, see the smiles it brings. Há, some might frown, not being used to especially yoú saying that to them, but trust me, it will make them feel good. It only takes a ten seconds phone call to tell someone you love them. It only takes one second to smile at someone. Try it, everyone benefits. Trust me.

You live in my heart, with no threat of eviction. You live in my soul, forever free of charge. You run through my vains and when we get to old to run, I will get you a zimmer or one of those scooters, so we can still keep up with eachother. See, you smiled at that last remark, didn't you? Mission accomplished.

When I was in the military service and in Lebanon for six months, one thing that struck me from the start. People were very proud and satisfied with close to nothing. Where we would moan when our wifi doesn't work for a minute, they lived through power outages every night.

We got invited more than once to have dinner with the locals there. Fantastic delicious meals. And a great atmosphere. We might say they don't know any better, but it proves to me that a pure and simple life can give fulfillment as well.
