I saw a reality show where a kids dad was in an adult over 40 rugby league in England. They had no pads even at that age and were beating the dogs hit out of each other. The toughest guy on the field was 50. He couldn't catch his breathe and was coming in and out I'd game. Didn't know he was having heart attack and finally dropped dead. Apparently rugby pain makes a heart attack look like nothing.
