If he has a smart phone and calls you he can know your location with an app.

The Sheriff's office in your town has a woman's shelter. Know the contact number if you don't have a place to go to to get out of town.

Wow that sounds awful. Attempted murder after he raped? I used to be so tolerate of strange/bizarre characters but no more. i will trust my gut from now on.

This is not a lie. I’ve never had this happen in my life. I am extremely distraught/fucked up over this. But if I pressed charges he would spin in like it was a lie. I wouldn’t be surprised if he laid the groundwork for this right now.

usually people get warned by the police but if you want to file a report because of violence or threatened I would recommend it

I was loved bombed for 5 months and triangulated with his daughter. He said he would make a happy family. He told me God put us together. I felt so cherished and lived by him. Weird though, that he would always ask me, “how does it feel to feel so loved by me” and “what else do you want to know about me” after talking about himself for 2 hours.

Yes, he’s black. Has a older white girlfriend that he lives with. He raped me in her house. I’ve only been there twice, he attempted rape the first time, and I punched him/pushed him off me. It was creepy and scary, when he picked me up and took me to the back room he said, “you’re not gonna act like you did last time” (the pushing, hitting) that alone is bone chilling. He is a rapist, he only inserted his penis in me once or twice, I yelled and he did stop and just lay there doing nothing. I told him to take me to my car and he did. Thats why part of me feels like he doesn’t know what he’s doing, maybe he is victim of sexual crimes/unresolved trauma. Or demon possession. But he’s also so calculating. My first impression of him was to run. He gave me alot of gifts too. He would “study” me from across the room when I came into work.

Also he would never blink when he talked to you or looked st you. People commented on that too

Yep. Happened to someone I know. He was innocent.No evidence rape happen. Arrested - name publicly run through the mud.. women lie.

If someone reports they were raped, but tells the cops they don't want to testify in court or have a rape exam---then why would a cop take action? Without willing testimony or evidence, there is no probable cause to arrest anyone.

I’ll testify in court. Originally I was just thinking of his daughter, how she doesn’t deserve to lose her Dad, since she just lost her Mom (he won custody). Then the Mom kidnapped her for a week, then he found her took her back..then maybe she would lose him too? Where would she go..the foster care system? There are no other relatives.

Good morning OP. Looks like you did not get much sleep. You are sounding braver. I am glad you have the people here to talk with how ever off some may be, it is better than dealing with it alone. Many do care.

It is easy for me to see and say you need to go file charges, when I did not have the courage to do it when I needed to. I hate dealing with cops and courts.

I am the one who asked questions about filing charges against some one that confessed to years of poisoning me and others. Everyday for months I have known I have to report it to protect others from the same fate. I know they will make me out as the liar but there is a child involved in this case too that needs protected and will be displaced by having the single parent in jail. I think the perps are also a danger to their own child.

I do not want to instilling more fearmongering. I think you are safer with police protection than non at all . You should get a gun if you do not have one.
He may already have a record and this could be what the police need to get him off the street.

I do hope you make the phone call to the rape center. I did call a crisis line to get advice on the poisonings. They told me to call the poison control center, that they will help me with criminal poisonings. I have not done it yet. geesh, your thread is helping me to get the courage to deal with own problems. Although, he may not be convicted, because of low evidence. Still I guess it would be good to report it, but he is known for destroying people, he could counter and make up a claim against me...he’s very conniving..thats why I hesitate..he could spin this into a true nightmare and make false allegations.

The daughter might just go back to the mother. You are going on what he told you, she might be a victim too and this could be best for the mother and daughter.

Jesus christ, you people are tarded. If you report rape, they are not going to arrest based in your words. They will do an investigation into you, and the reported subject. They are going to have to establish PC.

Stop thinking about any repercussions on him, daughter, family. Daughter is better off without him, no telling what abuse she's already suffered.

Most police depts have people they can direct you too.

Buy a pistol and take a Basic Handgun course and then apply for a concealed carry permit.

Sling a rifle over your shoulder.
Pace back and forth in your yard for a few days.
Take selfies with dirt smeared on your face and camo netting on your head.
Shave your head too.

Make a target and practice throwing your spear at it. Put a life size pic of him in the middle of the target.

Just ideas to keep him away. Let him see you aren't worth the potential risk. Thats what you do with animals to keep them from eating you.

I have not quit my job. In my job we move around locations, we bid every 6 months. The 6 months is up next week and everyone goes to different locations. He said he will soon quit anyway, he told me that awhile back. However I don’t want to see him at all. Everyone likes him. I think he even spread a rumor about me. But I don’t confront flying monkies.

If you get a restraining order, once served, he can no longer work at same place as you.And... it'll follow him to his next job.
