You don’t know what I voted, so what do you suggest with this impasse which is effeting us all, businesses etc... just carry on and hope it’s ok! Don’t get me started on Brexit

So you think we should have another vote because they messed it up.

Re: UK can itself vote NO on motion in EU to extend BREXIT deadline
The EU are full of shit, they want our money and they know the EU is a dead duck without us.

This is how it goes:

EU - We will not allow an extension

UK - Leave without a deal

EU - Of course you can have an extension

UK - Leave without a deal

EU - We will not allow an extension

UK - Leave without a deal

EU - Of course you can have an extension

UK - Leave without a deal

EU - We will not allow an extension

UK - Leave without a deal

EU - Of course you can have an extension

Rinse and repeat

there aint nothing gonna happen with brexit
y'all just like the rest of us, slaves to the system

Even though you have repeatedly seen NOTHING happen (3 Pri-ministers in), you still hoping for something diffrent, they ain't letting you go, everyone with half a brain cell can see, your vote meant nada! Dem politicians are jumping around like roaches in a frying pan trying to not directly show you, you ain't going no where any where fast.

and if by some small chance you do succeed, they got a whole lot of hurt waiting for you.

get with the program, its your own arrogance blinding you to reality.

Everyone needs to ask themselves one important question:

Why will the EU not let us go?

In fact, why has the EU gone out of its way. to stop us leaving.

Unlike US as we UK pay huge subsidiaries to support countries who are bankrupt etc.... so there’s no comparison and we need to cut our ties and run run run out of EU. We’ve been in austerity measures to prevent bankrupting our country unlike others countries in EU

This is all good, but why did they setup the EU in the first place.

At some stage there is going to be a shortage of resources, there is going to be a problem with exports as CHINA, US, RUSSIA , ASIA fight to remain the top dogs in export, draining the resources and money from the weaker.

You can see this already, EUROPE will not survive if we are all separated. The UK will def not make it on its own. There is just no way, the way things go you will be eaten alive by a bigger fish.

I'm pretty sure the EU does not want a strategically well placed Island next to its border run as a vasel state by some country what does not like the competition the EU poses.

Change is hard, we don't like it either, but its a devil we have to take than the devil we dont know.

I get the war and suffering and sacrifices what were made, but times have changed, the game of chess is 3d now. There are bigger things at stake.

I wish your leader would stop messing about and just tell you guys what is really at stake here, but I guess the future is a bit scary.

Didn't check if someone answered yet and also haven't really been having too much to do with EU constitution lately but here we go:

Article 50

(...)

4. For the purposes of paragraphs 2 and 3, the member of the European Council or of the Council representing the withdrawing Member State shall not participate in the discussions of the European Council or Council or in decisions concerning it.

The paragraphs 2 and 3 in short concern the negotiations. So no, Boris can't vote no himself for the extension...

Re: UK can itself vote NO on motion in EU to extend BREXIT deadline
...

We have had one....you lost.
 Quoting: Hawkshot

You don’t know what I voted, so what do you suggest with this impasse which is effeting us all, businesses etc... just carry on and hope it’s ok! Don’t get me started on Brexit
 Quoting: Jelly

It's not leave voters fucking it up...it's politicians.

So you think we should have another vote because they messed it up.
 Quoting: Hawkshot

I think so it’s not the leavin, it’s this deal the boarders in Ireland all this stuff we weren’t originally informed about by, yes the politicians
 Quoting: Jelly

Ireland will become unified in the next generation- even the DUP know this

which is why they are dragging their heals about not being allowed a an undemocratic veto in Stormont

the catholics have out bred the protestants as they were always going to do and the republicans will reunify and let the mentalist unionists of Belfast be Irelands problem - finally !

the politicians have messed this up because they don't want to leave

and I'm not surprised

they are exactly the asshats who do nothing and blame the eu on everything being shit

high time they were held directly accountable to the british public

but hey ho

it's shone a great searing light of truth on how our politics works and more importantly , how it doesn't

ALL of this has just hastened the demise of the first past the post political sham that is our electoral system

it has hastened the demise of the Gerry-mandered county lines

and most satisfyingly , it has hastened the demise of the house of lords , the lib 'not so dems ' and the muslim labour party of the north

by waking up a sleeping majority as to how undemocratic we actually are

it might take a generation to play out - but it wasn't even on the cards until the shit show that is brexit made it very clear to us all who politicians work for - themselves

so thank fuck for own goals

and asshat politicians not thinking things trough

You need to vacation more in the main land, you gonna have some eye openers.

But hey, I'm just trying to be the voice of reason, no god or prophet, just what we see is somewhat different ;)

Heres a good reason we want out:

The most up-to-date statistics (as of July 2016) show that in 2014 Poland received €17.436 billion from the EU whilst only contributing €3.526 billion.

Now, what do think will happen when we leave?

Looks like we will be sending food parcels across the channel when the quantitative easing finally catches up with them....And who going to pay for the bank bail outs....These EU lovers just can't see the storm coming.
