It happens several months after CWII starts in the US and makes the US fedgov and military hampered down and ineffective ie basically once we are nearing 'failed state' status.

Needless to say, once CWII starts, get away from the cities and military bases and not downwind of the ICBM fields of the north central US.

Finally, send the young men of Africa over to Europe, so that civil war will break out. The resulting blood bath (using mainly just weapons like knives and hammers, because nothing else is available for the general population) will decimate us in an environmentally friendly way: no atomic, bacteriological or chemical weapons are going to ruin the land. The next rain will just wash away our blood and the Rothchilds probably are going to use our decaying corpses to fertilize their vineyards.

I suppose that's the plan. I can already hear them laughing in their castles and multibillion dollar estates.
