Guzman’s body was recovered from a local river on Sept. 10. He was a student at Mount Rainier High School in Des Moines, a city near Seattle. One of the suspects, Garcia-Hernandez, was identified by ICE as an illegal immigrant with a lengthy criminal record, The Washington Times reported.
