Could be. But a lot of those children/ teens sadly are very damaged already. It is nothing for them to be pimped out as their parents didn't really care either or did the same thing. They are not virgins.

It is easy to convince these kids that they are worthwhile and talk them into prostitution. They might not even be aware that this is what is happening to them either. A lot of them have drug habits that are going to kill them eventually too. They are victims and hazards to themselves and can't be saved.

Clearly overpopulation causes this to occur.

Of course they can be saved. Many have been. I know some that accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior and are missionaries now.

Wrong. Satan causes it. This stuff has been going on for ages.

A small local church had an anniversary celebration not long ago and a woman came up and gave her testimony as part of the service. She had been a victim of ritual and sexual abuse for a good part of her life and then was transferred to the foster system. I believe she is still in hiding. She had been trafficked by many people and when she was in the foster system she was getting bounced around southern California as a team. She described at one point being moved to a big house, and discovering that down on the lower floor, sort of the basement type area, there were metal cages stacked one on top of the other in Rose and young people were being held in these cages. it was pretty scandalous and scary to think of what is really going on.

It doesn't matter how damaged the children are, they should be protected.

There is no overpopulation, this is the biggest lie that been told for years. We have now because of this lie a large amount of older American and other countries than young. Unless they young start learn all the things that their elders know they are going to be like ducks without water. They been pamper to much.
Country young maybe more likely to survive than city youths. And it they keep killing the young it going to be worse than this, look at the damage these people are causing to the future young now, well be older then.

I can tell you from experience that no matter how “broken” a person, they can in fact be saved. Seen it happen multiple times throughout my life, and anyone knowingly participating in the “breaking” most definitely must be held to account.
