The DA in my county just let a woman go free for murder. No trial - he just decided she should go free because she had kids and maybe the guy beat her . she was probably an illegal or the guy she murdered was, so he doesn’t want that getting out. You have to watch these crooked DAs. They are trying to be judge and jury and write their own laws. If no one calls them out it more or less becomes law.

Hynes to defer any plea bargain for Baruch (Mordechai) Lebovits until Thompson assumes office on January 1, 2014. This comes on the heels of a public letter submitted by concerned individuals in the community addressed to Judge Mark Dwyer requesting he reject any plea bargain for Lebovits pending satisfactory answers to questions about poor handling of the prosecution of Lebovits by the current office of the Kings County District Attorney.
