well ill just start off with some good tips.
First thing is ask the ghost to leave and TELL IT you will be taking a cold shower in x amount of minutes. Cold showers will un possess just about any ghost or deamon.
second do not mention religous shit usually pisses them off.
thirdly understand that you are in control of your body, start stating your acting out loud like ok im taking a shit or im going to eat ghosts hate that shit, its like chalk on walls
