Quoting: Don Draper from Nantucket Gardening, hiking in the woods, mowing the lawn etc. etc. 55 pounds makes that much of a difference? That's amazing how much can change with weight. But maybe the stuff you are eating is also making you feel better? When I eat less I have way more energy, I don't get it because the calories provide energy. I guess when we aren't storing it when we actually use it we can feel it. I like to equate is to carrying 2 twenty seven pound turkeys, one in each hand. Think how the nylon handles cut into your hand carrying one from the car to the house! Well all that disgusting fat fatty fat hanging around the midsection tends to put a hamper on things...unnecessarily I might add!  I'm glad you feel amazing now! For your height it was probably just a little love handles! grass fed sardines |
