Finishing up my wifely duties (chores) and am about to head outside to stargaze and track satellites. Primo conditions tonight with minimal atmospheric distortion since we had a front come through recently and the cloud cover has kindly fucked off. It's so quiet out I can hear the cows in the field behind my house munching on the grass...

Wow nice, when I was camping I heard cows too. They weren’t always in that field but it was cool hearing them those couple nights.

Well have fun, nice to have a telescope, kudos! Looked into them too but not sure I would get one myself, at least right now at least.

They can definitely be an investment. Depends on how serious you are about stargazing. I'm a simple amateur myself. I'm using an Orion StarBlast II scope. Got a hell of a deal at a local outdoor flea market that's held on the first Saturday of every month. Old lady had it marked $45. It's basically a $200 brand new telescope. She didn't realize what she was selling and how much they are, but I didn't say anything and handed her $50. I was shittin' hot cotton that day

I am a Shopper too, I get antiques. I have been here only 3 week now and I got an antique dining room table and a step stool, folds to ironing board, then ends in chair. Of course I am not using it as a chair lol

Looking for one of the upholstered high back chairs with the front wooden legs with claws as feet.

You'd love this little flea market and the town just north of me. There's wonderful resale/secondhand shops that are run by old people that's been there for decades. You'd have no problem finding what you're after. I love small town shops like that.

When I get past the hardest part of my day, waking up and getting dressed, I goto the PO Box then the Consignment Shop and hangout lol

Starting to gather woodworking toold now. Got a circular saw for 10 bucks, Scroll Saw for free, Square, Triangle, 1 1/8th Hole Drill Bit, Hammer and Large Industrial Strength Dust Pan.

Not even trying yet either lol

Making Swedish Mud Racks and going to sell them now cause it’s starting to rain here and always will stay wet til Spring now.
