Consider this announcement in the Deseret News:

"The Paramount leader of China Xi Jinping, in the positions of : The General Secretary of the Communist Party, general secretary of the Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Military Commission, and President of the PRC,

Will be heading a conference on the supreme benefits of Communism in Salt Lake City this Saturday at the Salt Palace at 7PM. All dignitaries of the LDS Church will be in attendance on this wonderful occasion.

The Communist party will be granted the full use of the Salt Palace for this event which includes full legal jurisdiction under Chinese law. Anyone attending or visiting will be subject to laws of the Communist Party while attending."
