Thing is eggplants are not a marvelous source of protein, about a whole cup chopped up has less than 1gr, which is shit.

Want to know a good eggplant trick? Before you fry up a slice, peeled of course, you put a little salt on them and lay them out on some paper towels.

It sucks a load of the moisture out and makes them fry up a lot better. Try it!

Didn't know that, never heard of rennet, but now I know. I guess it's too easy to just buy really good homemade mozzarella where I live, got a great grocery nearby that has all kinds of homemade stuff at it.

Lima beans are even higher in protein, but I fookin hate Lima beans...plus Lima beans can KILL YOU if you eat enough of them raw! They have some chemical that breaks down into Cyanide when digested, Lima beans should be BANNED! LOL!
