Judge reopens Covington teen Nicholas Sandmann’s $250M suit against the Washington Post

It looks like the Judge was afraid he would be overruled by the appeals court. So, to try and keep control of the case in his hyper-biased courtroom. It appears he reopened the door just a crack to the Sandemann suit so he could screw over the plaintiffs over at a later date.

Typical liberal tactic.

His lawyers should have gone to appeal the full case ruling. They probably would have won. Then the case would be removed from the clutches of the bias of that particular judge.
