Are you or someone you know considering suicide? Seriously, smoke some cigarettes, or drink some beers, or even get high

Jesus showed me addictions that affect the emotions, heck even masturbation addiction, are emotional crutches. If you or someone you know is considering suicide and does not have an emotional crutch it is worth getting one until you become mentally stable and strong enough to walk without the crutch anymore.

The trauma causes sadness, the injustice causes anger. I recommend cigarettes first because you won't lose your sobriety, beer second because you don't need to get drunk to numb your feelings, and high last if that works for you (except you will open bad spiritual doors once you start doing it for fun and not for relief).

1 Peter 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

Don't just have an addiction just to have it, never give up hope that it is is temporary, you will overcome it, you won't always need it, and take baby steps to growing out of it by dealing with your memories which stir up your emotions.

How to make steps to quitting smoking:
Take a cigarette and break it.
When you are on the mission to buy them, turn around and walk 50 feet in the opposite direction of the store proving that you can change your mind while mission-minded.
Give them away.
Throw some away.
Throw away your lighter and pack.
When you want to ask someone for one just wait until the next person.

Those tips help lower the power it seemingly has over you.

For beer do the same, pour out a whole beer. It proves to you that you do still have power over it and it is not just some beast fully controlling you, even if there is a beast influencing you.

For other drugs do the same, keeping in mind that it is medicine, so take the right medicine for the right ailment, and if the medicine don't work, don't take it. You can survive on 1 food, you cannot survive on taking medicine only. Medicine is not food nor a supplement.

Titus 2:6 Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.

Jesus understands your pain, he understands your decisions. All your healing are belong to him. Ask him, and he will strengthen you.
