Being an artist myself and art history graduate I'm all for freedom of artists to do any damn thing they want. This is about where it is displayed Urine Christ? Big deal - just don't put in a school - a place where students religious preferences shouldn't be under assault. I like the Ronald McDonald stuff which is old hat, I remember lots of that kind of work published in underground zines back in the 80's. Again, it's about where the work is displayed and showing some respect for the students and their families religious beliefs. I don't expect them to be "protected" in art galleries or museums.
