The Santa Ana winds are strong, extremely dry downslope winds that originate inland and affect coastal Southern California and northern Baja California. They originate from cool, dry high-pressure air masses in the Great Basin.

So, quite possible they are being manipulated inland with HAARP and other weather modification devices.

I'll tell ya, I'm in So. Oregon and I am getting nervous as hell- It has been windy as all get-out the last few days with no precipitation. The CA county just to the south of here (Siskiyou) was put on blackouts and all the rest... thing is, it gets more windy here at the North base of the Siskiyou Mountains than the other side- like a damn wind-tunnel.

Add: there has been so much electricity in the atmosphere that you can visibly see a blue arch coming off of stuff that you touch (without so much as a cloud-puff in the sky)- last night before bed there was a freaking lightning bolt when I touched my computer... my wife in the next room asked what the noise was it was so loud- it also made my screen 'white-out' at the exact second it happened (had to completely reboot)-

I am seemingly highly sensitive to electromagnetic stuff (I would jerk awake out of a deep sleep years ago (during the peak of the last solar cycle), and 9 times out of 10 a major solar storm had just popped-off) last night I couldn't fall asleep to save my life... nothing in particular going on and I was tired all day- it just felt like I had an energy current coursing through my body-

I have that spidey-sense thing that we might be getting ours here before this thing plays-out.
