Anybody near Lexington KY? Where do the homeless hangout?

It's getting cold here. This is my first winter here and I want to get some coats and gloves and hats together for the homeless around here. It was easy to do in Nashville because there was always a group staying at the Parthenon park who could use help and point me where other homeless were. If anybody knows any hangout spots it would really help with the speed of things. Thanks
