5 FAMOUS DUELS FROM OUR PAST ARE MORE SOON TO COME ? & Washington's Vision
“In our Colonial early years a man’s political opinions were inseparable from the self, from personal character and reputation, and as central to his honor as a seventeenth-century Frenchman’s courage was to his. He called his opinions “principles,” and he was willing, almost eager, to die or to kill for them.

I for one still find these principals to be grouping these meanings into one once again. Honor for a mainstay and a man's word is to be held above all including scriptural grounds ardently supporting their respective causes that are taught in The Holy Word.

We are being quickly made to make judgements as we see what we knew was to happen but put off and hoped for more time. We have seen many say BS, and call many practiced doom porn.
Alex Jones the new Paul Revere is still leading a big portion of the truth still. We all have some big tasks to undertake. Planning, buying supplies, medical and powder etc. Planning like the settlers did in Revolution times did. They planned as a community as a corporate town. Everyone had a job, including women and children as they were support.
Towns back in the 1860's would amass 500 with guns. We will be trying to institute this very thing but we are under lies and many have already decided to fold their hand.

Then we have a large mass of the so called Clergy giving into the Governments FEMA camp laws on internment. The Clergy Response Team is up to 1.6 million pastors nationwide. Under Bush, Obama, And Clinton, they were going to be used, with the feds, to round up their flock, pervert Romans 13, get you to submit your guns, and to the government. Put you into internment camps, and separate you.

They signed non disclosures, given special privileges for themselves and their family, to save themselves. They are leading their flock to a literal slaughter. The flock has a right to know, they have to know, they need to know. Release the names! Treason!

As my father said," There are no atheists in foxholes. That in times of extreme stress or fear, such as during war ("in foxholes"), all people will believe in, or hope for, a higher power.
Paul Harvey once said that while he was driving one day he noticed a bumper sticker that found his funny bone, it said " Thank God I'm an atheist".

Joanne B. Freeman, in Affairs of Honor, writes that dueling politicos ‘were men of public duty and private ambition who identified so closely with their public roles that they often could not distinguish between their identity as gentlemen and their status as political leaders. Longtime political opponents almost expected duels, for there was no way that constant opposition to a man’s political career could leave his personal identity unaffected.’”
Alexander Hamilton & Aaron Burr Duel

The most famous duel in American history is unquestionably that which occurred between Vice President Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton, who greatly influenced the founding of America’s economy and was possibly on track to become President himself. Burr and Hamilton had long been political enemies by the time they met on the field of honor.

Interestingly enough, Hamilton’s son had fallen to a mortal blow in a duel at the very same place just two years before. The same guns used in his duel were also used in his father’s.

Hamilton fired first, aiming high and missing Burr completely. Burr then aimed squarely at Hamilton’s torso and returned fire. Hamilton fell, the bullet lodged in his spine, and he died the following morning.
Hamilton had recorded in a letter the previous night that he intended to purposefully miss Burr in an effort to end the confrontation without bloodshed.

Andrew Jackson & Charles Dickinson Duel.

Prior to his presidential career, Andrew Jackson was known for his inclination to invoke violence in defense of his honor; he was the veteran of at least 13 duels.
Dickinson was a well-known sharpshooter and Jackson felt his only chance to kill him would be to allow himself enough time to take an accurate shot. Thus he calmly allowed Dickinson to fire into his chest. The bullet lodged in his ribs, but Jackson hardly quivered, calmly leveling his pistol at Dickinson. But when the trigger was pulled the hammer of his gun only fell to the half-cocked position and did not fire. According to dueling etiquette, this should have been the end of the duel. Jackson, however, was not finished with Dickinson. Re-cocking his pistol, he aimed and fired, striking Dickinson dead.

John Randolph & Henry Clay Duel

Senator John Randolph following a slanderous speech on the Senate floor in which he accused sitting Secretary of State Henry Clay of “crucifying the Constitution and cheating at cards.
After both men either misfired or missed altogether they both conceded the match except Randolph owed Clay a new coat as it had a hole in it. I imagine Clay wore that coat as a badge and a starting point of every conversation. Well when it was cold outside.

Abraham Lincoln & James Shields Duel

Lincoln adopting and publishing many satirical letters criticizing Shields (a common tactic at the time). In an unfortunate twist of fate, Lincoln’s future wife Mary Todd and a friend also wrote several letters. The women changed the barbs to insult. Shields found out Lincoln was involved in some manner and challenged him to a duel. Shields agreed to attempt to talk it out with Lincoln. Lincoln convinced Shields that he had not written the insulting letters, and Lincoln offered an apology for the misunderstanding, which Shields fortunately accepted.

Mark Twain & James Laird Planned Duel ( kind of )

Twain wrote a piece erroneously accusing a rival paper, The Virginia City Union, of reneging on a promised pledge to charity, the publisher of the paper, James Laird, made such a stink over the false accusation that Twain challenged him to a duel. A friend Steve Gillis took Mark out practice shooting only to find out he had better stick to writing. Seeing Laird and his men making there way close Twain collapsed. Steve Gillis then took and shot a birds head clean off. As Steve kept looking at the bird Laird asked, Who did that? Gillis said Mark did, and from a long distance too. He could do that on most every shot. Steve said to Laird, "If I were you I wouldn't duel Twain, it's suicide!" The ploy worked and that ended one strong worded newspaper article and they made up.

Out of the 15 Congress members killed in office, all of them were male and 10 were Democrats, four were Republicans, and one was a Democratic-Republican. Four members died in duels, and a total of ten (six members of the House of Representatives, three senators, and one delegate) died from gunshot wounds.

Out of the 15 Congress members killed in office, all of them were male and 10 were Democrats ( hmm, it seems it's going to be getting worse ), four were Republicans, and one was a Democratic-Republican. Four members died in duels, and a total of ten (six members of the House of Representatives, three senators, and one delegate) died from gunshot wounds.

Five congressmen were wounded during the 1954 United States Capitol shooting incident. Three Democrats and two Republicans.

The Third Peril – America's Judgment

“And again I heard the mysterious voice saying `Son of the Republic, look and learn.' At this the dark, shadowy angel placed a trumpet to his mouth, and blew three distinct blasts; and taking water from the ocean, he sprinkled it upon Europe, Asia and Africa. Then my eyes beheld a fearful scene: From each of these countries arose thick, black clouds that were soon joined into one. Throughout this mass there gleamed a dark red light by which I saw hordes of armed men, who, moving with the cloud, marched by land and sailed by sea to America. Our country was enveloped in this volume of cloud, and I saw these vast armies devastate the whole county and burn the villages, towns and cities that I beheld springing up. As my ears listened to the thundering of the cannon, clashing of sword, and the shouts and cries of millions in mortal combat, I heard again the mysterious voice saying, `Son of the Republic, look and learn.' When the voice had ceased, the dark shadowy angel placed his trumpet once more to his mouth, and blew a long and fearful blast.

“Instantly a light as of a thousand suns shone down from above me, and pierced and broke into fragments the dark cloud which enveloped America. At the same moment the angel upon whose head still shone the word Union, and who bore our national flag in one hand and a sword in the other, descended from the heavens attended by legions of white spirits. These immediately joined the inhabitants of America, who I perceived were will nigh overcome, but who immediately taking courage again, closed up their broken ranks and renewed the battle.

Definition Satan from the bible: Satan (Rev 12:7) exercising his subtle (indirect) impact on heathen governments (powers) – i.e. accomplishing his hellish agenda from "behind the scenes."
