In your estimation will this thing keep getting stranger or will it pass by without us learning much more? World War IV lasted five days. In the post-apocalyptic world of 2024, rover Vic (Don Johnson) hears a voice from his dog and communicates with him telepathically... |

It does look like there's a secondary detection just to the side of the main comet. It could be a nucleus split, or it could be an ion tail forming away from the dust tail, but most likely it's an artifact of stacking combined with camera noise. This is the dimmest comet I've ever detected and imaged. That or it's aliens. nice..thnx astro |

I was wondering if u might have any idea as to what this sky object could be that I recorded twice within a minute of eachother. The date and timestamp is correct and recorded on a fixed wyze cam in infrared with the IR lights off. I also observed it both times with my naked eye and it actually appeared to come closer live than it does in the video. I've been an amateur astronomer my whole life and i can almost instantly know when something is out of place in the night sky... bbster2 |
