Well that is the whole thing isn't it? No repetitive habits. What is a good meditation? Is it sufficient to simply keep unfolding to being a part of the one and one a part of me? I get glimpses of this, but lose focus when I'm not focusing on this paradigm shift... Maybe I just haven't made the paradigm shift reality yet? It is still just a little vacation I visit some times?
