Terry Bean is a high-profile Democratic donor and an LBGT activist who was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly bribing a 15-year-old boy to make sodomy sex abuse charges go away.

His lawyer was also arrested.

Both men were released from jail after they posted bail.

Court documents reveal that the men arranged for a $200,000 payment to a 15-year-old boy to make sex abuse charges against Bean disappear.
