Why is the plane not on course for Tel Aviv now?

As initially drawn in real time, there appeared to be a wart on the left side of the 747's nose outline. The Flightradar folks seemed to have smoothed it out. I wonder how well the drawing was performed overall and how much was after-the-fact editing.
