That always sounded problematic to me as well. Maybe this thought process was what's causing problem all along.

What acute problem it is time to discuss now?
How much responsibility do you take on for the people surrounding you?
If you are continuously giving, what is it that you continuously expect?
How much responsibility do you take on for yourself?
What avenues are always open to you for recovering your vitality?
Do you consciously invite moments of silence or periods of rest into your life?
How could you welcome each day as if it offers infinite new opportunities?
Are you stubborn or unwilling because you think you have no choice? How can a change in your consciousness turn unpleasant or unchangeable situations into a new experience?
Are you mindful of every moment?
What if everyone in the world were continually aware of all the choices available to them?

You have chosen MANIFESTING VISIONS, which suggests that there is so much you still wish to accomplish. If you focus on something, it will manifest. 80 - worried about life

Thank you OP I do create moments of silence. And rest and I wake up most days and thank God for everything and I mean it and feel it. Sometimes I forget but later in the day something will happen that reminds me of how amazing God is and I say a pray of thankfulness and appreciation. I wouldn’t say I am mindful of every moment, but when I remember to be I become very aware if the moment.

One of my co workers might have been fiddling the books (I am not sure still working on it and could be theft or just incompetence) but if the former need to be strategic as to what to do because if handled wrong or they sense I am looking at this I think they will go scorched earth which would be very damaging for the business and team moral. I am hoping for insight (guidance) as to how to handle it if the books were being fiddled.

Hello AC: I can understand that you would be worried about life at a time like this when everything is intensifying on all levels. And there are indeed many unpleasant things going on which it is certainly worth "worrying" about, in a way.

In another way, this is a temporary period which will emerge into something much better. We are in the thick of it, and sometimes it is difficult to see this glorious future awaiting us. Yet this is so, because we are the ones who are going to create it, learning from our mistakes in the past and ensuring that it will not happen again in the future.

Even as we face the momentary challenges, it is our task to trust in the knowledge that our every action can contribute to a new and peaceful future for all, if this is our intent, and if we do not lose sight of this goal in the midst of chaos or tragedy.

We will be offered chances to effect positive change on a daily basis (this has in fact always been the case, only now it is becoming more poignant and visible) and it is up to us whether we can LIVE IN THE MOMENT, and respond accordingly.

For this, it is necessary to ket go and be spontaneous, and indeed, this is the quality you have chosen with the number 80: SPONTANEITY. Here are some questions which may help you remove the blockages which prevent it:

What are you holding onto from the past which prevents you from entering the present with full enthusiasm and vigour?
What are you worried about exposing?
What if you attached less importance to outward appearances?
What if one of your roles in life is to show generosity?

I have health problems as you know.. anemia , tiredness, I have a doctor who seems stuck in a fairyland of western medical thought..
I am not keeping a day to day schedule .. not following circadian rhythm; so arhythmic....
but I think more deeply just apathetic... defeatist... disappointed in myself and my world....yes I seem to have dug myself into a hole...
it seems as if I wandered out into the swamps of personal defeatism long ago and allowed it to become a habit.
I guess it seemed easy to do less and pretend that it made no difference... I suppose I sort of stopped forging ahead in my life,,.. and have allowed myself to become stagnant ...and i have recreated this stagnation physically in my guts...the internal outworking into the physical

Hello B Lake and congratulations on your first GLP post!

What occurs to me first is that you are very hard on yourself, describing below all the "failings to act" or "negative qualities" or just disappointment in yourself that somehow, you have not yet managed to get a grip on all these symptoms.

And indeed, by choosing the number 18 you have chosen FORGIVENESS, so I would imagine that major FORGIVENESS OF SELF is necessary in oder to move forward. This means going into mediation regularly - 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there - to check WHETHER YOU ARE STILL LOVING YOURSELF.

If you love yourself you will find small, gentle ways of encouraging yourself, as if you were a baby or toddler, faced with a new hurdle, but not setting the bar so high that you cannot overcome it. This is a step by step procedure. Be as a child, and do not take a huge burden of "I have been in stagnation for so very long" with you on your journey, which is ideally one of steady upward progress in which you do not compare yourself to others.

It is not easy in these difficult times to deal with all the negativity around us, especially if we do a lot of research on the net about the more depraved activities of human inhabitants; if this is the case with you, balance is required now, as it will be in the future to achieve a fully balanced planet. Everyone can develop their own way/strategy of "facing the madness", without getting dragged down by it. This does not mean ignoring it - which would be fatal in the long run - but just keeping it in its place, and within view, but meanwhile concentrating on uplifting one's own vibrations, which is - in effect - helping the earth to maintain balance.

Hoping that some of this may help you in your present (but not eternal) predicament. Here are some questions which may help further:

Questions:
Which part of yourself have you imprisoned, extinguished or kept ‘underground’?
What if there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’? When did you last express your anger?
Which painful loss are you focussing on, thus attracting more negativity?
What are your ‘lost years’? Supposing you view them as a necessary preamble to a transformation which is on your soul agenda?
Which conviction is so strong and inflexible that it requires a major accident or calamity to wake you up and put you on a different course?
What was your last ‘wakeup call’, and did you take it seriously?
Are you aware that pain is a precursor of potential joyful transformation in yourself?
Supposing everyone realised that in pardoning, we are pardoned, and that in pardoning ourselves, we can enter a new period of vitality?

Dear datadayedetet: whatever problems you are presently experiencing, it will help if you concentrate on BEING these three qualities in your daily life: CONGRATULATIONS on your intuitive choices, because you will see, if you read on, that these three qualities are all connected, and are part of a process.

The first is the ABILITY TO TAKE RISKS. This you have already started, as you have chosen numbers here on this thread, and this shows that you are ready to enter into a new "space" and try our something new. Some questions pertaining to this, which you can ask yourself to gain further clarity, are as follows:

What areas of your life are claustrophobic?
If a storm clears away all obstacles, which path would you take?
What experience are you denying yourself through your conviction that it is impossible?
How often do you close your eyes and visualise exactly who and where you want to be?
What will change if you express your feelings the moment they arise?
How strong is your tendency to wait or stop because you anticipate a negative reaction?

The second quality you have chosen is SINGLE-MINDEDNESS. SO this means that once you have decided to take the risk of entering onto a new path, that new path itself must be determined in a very clear way, as in where do you want to go exactly? This is necessary so that you can achieve your goals. Here are some questions which may help you to clarify your path:

Do you make your voice heard?
How often do you change your mind, and do you see this as positive or negative trait?
How often do you find yourself in a state of indecision and how does this make you feel?
In what way do you feel suffocated and to what extent are you yourself responsible?
Which major conflict within yourself remains unresolved? Could you be more single minded?
What is ‘good’? Is it ‘good’ to cling to ideals if the situation you put yourself in does not ‘work’ for you personally?

The third quality you have chosen, which you are invited to increase, is COMMITMENT. It is no use being able to take the risk of starting something new, and having exact goals, if commitment is not part of the equation, so it would be good to examine at regular intervals what exactly you have done today to further your cause. Here are some questions which may help:

What is of real genuine, lasting value?
To what extent are you cynical?
What if there are always new realms and experiences open to us, providing we open our eyes and believe that they are possible?
Is it time to discover your very specific purpose in life?
Do you build on your strengths and review your weaknesses?


Hoping that this may have given you some insights, and that you stop turning around in circles, as your avatar suggests. If you want to progress towards a specified goal, the first step might be to change your avatar, which actually I like a lot, only it shows great energy being put into a circuit, and not in upward movement. The area you are invited to look at and improve is RECONCILIATION. Here are some questions which may help:

Suppose there are more choices available to you in difficult situations than you think?

Have activities leading to financial gain impaired your sensitivity to others?

Which relationships in your life need healing?

Suppose ‘healing’ is just a matter of becoming more aware or communicating more?

How do you choose to react to long-term criticism from close relatives?

To what degree is your picture of yourself determined by the opinion of others?

How quick are you to judge?

How would you regard people with extreme views differently, if you realised their soul's agenda is to use all possible means to elicit a response, shocking an unconscious, passive, life-unfriendly world into the realisation that love is the only answer?

It is important that we all face our own personal "demons" or problems of bad habits. This means improvement in the quality of our own lives, but also in the lives of others.

How can this be so? Working on ourselves is not only a benefit to ourselves, and to our relationships with those we come into contact with: our efforts, and new ways of thinking and dealing with things, is NEW PROGRAMMING which we are inserting into the earth's GENETIC MIND.

We are continually feeding information into this genetic mind through our thoughts and actions - either strengthening old patterns of behaviour (whether they are "good" or "bad" in quality) or writing improved behavioral patterns.

THUS, WE ALL HAVE AN IMMENSE RESPONSIBILITY which vastly supersedes the effect we may have on our immediate surroundings. The information in the genetic mind is THAT WHICH IS ACCESSED BY FUTURE GENERATIONS, and so it is paramount that we ensure that the information therein is GOOD QUALITY INFORMATION. Working on ourselves is simultaneously WORKING FOR A POSITIVE FUTURE, and so I thank everyone on this thread who has contributed to this "upward swing".
