All manner of problems, on a national and international level continue to intensify, and at the same time, there are personal challenges in relationships and circumstances. I expect this to get worse due to incoming cosmic energies which increase "low vibration" and swill out all secrets and "unfinished business" and whatever is not in alignment with them.

Thus my offer here: all problems are solved through CHANGES IN BEHAVIOUR and an INCREASE IN CONSCIOUSNESS. Choose a number between 1 and 100, using your own intuition, to select the quality and questions which will help you on your path through these difficult times. Colour Crusader.

Dear Readers: the number of problems on this planet presently breaks all bounds of imagination, and it is easy to become overwhelmed, resulting in debilitating paralysis and resignation. This stance will not, however, contribute to improvement.

Yet everyone, however deep and twisted the problem which besets them personally, can choose another way of regarding it, and another way of reacting. Everyone can work on personal difficulties and conflicts, and in fact if everyone did, there would be no global problems as a result. Thus we are encouraged to work on ourselves in our own individual capacities.

What I would like to offer on this thread is the QUALITY which, if you increase it and practice it daily, will help to relieve your particular problem. It is not necessary to provide details of the problem concerned. For example you could simply say I AM HAVING PROBLEMS AT WORK AT THE MOMENT. Then, choose a number between 1 and 100.

I will then provide you - here on this thread - with a QUALITY to solve the problem, and with questions you can ask yourself. Of course I welcome feedback, but it is not necessary.

Welcome to all who feel the urge to participate here. It is also possible to ask for a friend. This thread has a DIAMOND icon, because we are all DIAMONDS POLISHING OURSELVES.

Hello dear TXP: you and anyone else is welcome to use this thread as you wish. So feel free to "sneak in", and welcome to you.

Sorry to hear about your song-term issues. It seems wise of you to note that these have noting to do with current events. Covid et all is being made responsible currently for all sorts of ills, when in fact the situation is only exacerbating what is already there as a seed, or as a hidden or suppressed factor. The covid situation will SEEM to bring it out, but actually it is something else bringing everything out, which is increased energy from the cosmos, but this is being kept from the public.

But back to you: the number 11 relates to SENSITIVITY, which you are invited to increase. This means sensitivity yourself and to other people - trying to put yourself fully in their shoes, and understanding that there is some reason which makes them overreact in whatever way.

By the same token, whatever triggers you and makes you "overreact" in their eyes, will have to do with your own psychological makeup, or unhealed hurt. If this is mutually understood, relationships can improve rapidly.

To be able to talk on such a level with others is not always easy. It requires honesty and authenticity, but one can always make a decision to try and improve these two qualities.

Here are some questions which may open up some new perspectives for you.

Another idea would be to track yourself, writing down 10 times, at the end of every day, the words I HAVE SHOWN SENSITIVITY TODAY. Following the sentence, write down what immediately occurs to you, for example, WELL, I DON'T RECALL A SPECIFIC INCIDENT or I HAVE BEEN SO UNDERSTANDING - WHY IS IT NOT WORKING. With time, the second sentences will change, for example, I WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH MY SISTER AT 3pm. The more precise you are (and because this is coming more and more into your focus), the more sensitive you will become, and the "knots" will loosen. I've grown significantly and much understanding of my true spirit and those with whom I've shared a path has been gained; however, I've also learned I cannot control the untreated mental illness of others and/or how it is imposed onto me or onto others inclusive of one's refusal to live in objective reality or to productively communicate.

It is, indeed, my "personal sensivity" as in compassion for others especially those with challenges, my acceptance, tolerance, generosity, attempts to help lift, my firm belief in liberty, and my own decisions and lack of firm boundaries that have landed me in this place. Stated differently, in the remaining members of my family, love is not the driving force; it's exploited.

Thank you for your response dear TXP. For those who are naturally compassionate, exploitation can easily be the result IF one is not equally as compassionate towards oneself. Speaking from experience, I have had a number of needy people in my life who suddenly became "best friends" overnight. This is a bad sign. It means the they have latched onto someone who lets themselves become exploited. We will get tested again and again concerning this (and concerning any other learning lesson) to see how quickly we can recognize an exploitative person and see how quickly we can say NO. Saying yes too often can have several reasons as to cause. It can be the result of true compassion, or it can be pandering to ego, in the sense that one feels important if others come to us for help. It is up to us to discern.

Yes, indeed, a lack of compassion for self through early conditioning and a series of reinforcement, which I had discounted for many decades, and most certainly being repeatedly presented with the same lessons until full attention was gained. The Universe had to kick my ass, and by "kick my ass" I mean completely dismantle all around me I thought was real. The entire infrastructure almost similtaneously collapsed in every aspect from people to systems and life structures to beliefs and all in between.

After a bizarre out-of-body experience following trauma that I was unable to process and rise from, I distinctly remember surrendering. My trauma therapist asked what I surrendered to, and I told her I didn't know. I just surrendered to the energy, the forces. =)

Piecing life back together through assessment and self discovery has been the most painful yet rewarding experience I've had to date. I know it's a growth process that has no end, but through better established convictions concerning my values and principles and being more aware of what is in alignment, the path is easier.

That said, I'm not ready to call the spirits (people) who helped teach these lessons "angels in disguise" quite yet but perhaps soon. ;)

There is indeed enough going on in this world, as well as in personal relationships and situations, to cause anxiety, and we are - as many are beginning to feel - at a crossroads. My answer to all of that would be to increase trust in the divine administration which oversees this planet, and to know that evil will always collapse upon itself at some stage because it is based on lies. A great future lies ahead, once the chaos is over.

However, we are still in the midst of chaos, and you have intuitively chosen 23, and this means that you are invited to increase your ability to go into IMMEDIATE ACTION. This means not suppressing emotions, but reacting straight away. This means running to help another immediately, if they need it. This means STOPPING IMMEDIATELY if you are under stress.
