Hello dear AC, and sorry not for replying promptly. I am on the road. It seems that it is time for you to develop your SPIRIT FOR ADVENTURE. Imagine leaving everything behind you: once "free" of all that, what is it that you would like to do? Where would you want to place your energy? This is actually a very important exercise for anyone and everyone, since I believe this will become a global necessity. Many situations and processes are already 2blocked" or will become so, bringing us all to a "standstill". Here are some questions which may assist you:

Which of your convictions could be seen in a different light?
Which belief about yourself would you like to change?
Is help available from a source you do not want to see?
Have you lost your sense of curiosity?
Are you constantly aware of your immediate physical surroundings and sensations?
What if there were a new joy and a new experience to discover every moment?
As a traveller on life's river, which new destination will you choose?
What if everyone worldwide knew that their beliefs about themselves can be changed at a moment's notice?
What if everyone lived a life of adventure and followed their own personal quest?

Hello dear AC: it seems that your friend needs to increase her ABILITY TO ENJOY. Sometimes one may encounter problems "holding out" of "sticking too something" because it is actually too difficult a path; there might be an easier way. Here are some questions which may help her to rethink her decisions:

What cross have you resigned yourself to carrying?
In what way are you about to stumble?
What if ‘stumbling’ is not a sign of weakness but an opportunity to assess why you have chosen this difficult path and whether it is appropriate for you to continue?
To what extent does personal pride dictate your behaviour?
Do you associate pain with failure?
How often do you accept offers of help?
What do you continue to do although you know intuitively that it is detrimental to your health?
Can you cry with the ease and immediacy of a small child?
Can you view a flower or an insect as a miracle?
What can you be thankful for?
Supposing that obstacles help us to travel faster towards our goal? (as proven in experiments involving obstacles and lasers)
Can you see problems in the same light?
What if everyone worldwide discarded their fear of ‘losing face’ and welcomed ‘failure’ as an opportunity to learn, instead of developing strategies of self-protection and defence?

My problem is I am blocked in ALL areas of my life: health, finances, food, living situation, friends, hobbies etc. I have made vows in my childhood so as not to get hurt to refuse food, friends, happiness, health. I get it. I have been unable to undo my own damage. HOW do I free myself from my own shackles please, so I can go free and have a life at this old age of mine for whatever time I got left?

I think I failed to answer this - just found this comment some pages back. The process is quite simple: keep the issue in mind which requires attention / solving, and then see which number pops spontaneously into your mind. Because this number is "prompted" by you inner divine advisor, it will have some relevance to the problem at hand. Some people call this "intuition" or following a "gut feeling". The designation is not important. The importance lies in the process of observing this and beginning to trust it.

As you know Mother Earth is ascending to 5d and She is taking a small percentage of us with her in body if we have a high enough vibration and at least a 51% service to others mindset.
I meditate because I know that raises my vibration even though I don't always get the response I would like.
I have two very low vibration neighbours and I know dealing with them brings mine down.
I would be very upset if I fail to qualify for 5d because I have to deal with them.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Indeed dear AC: why do people often hate themselves? One reason: as children, they have not been told how wonderful they are, or that they have unlimited potential, or that they are on a learning journey. Learning means making mistakes along the way. It is not shameful to make these mistakes - it is part of the learning process.

Some children start to hate themselves because they cannot match up to parents' expectations. They are always striving yet alway failing, in their eyes. Our whole system of education needs to change to one where children are strengthened and gain confidence in themselves. This they can practice at even a very early age by teaching a younger child. Teaching each other is the solution, rather than having to regurgitate what one teacher has to say ...

This other main problem is that people are cut off from their divine origin, and this has been cleverly orchestrated over millennia by powers whose aim is to divide and rule. "Divine origin" may sound like big words, or a complicated phrase, but really it is quite simple. We are created in love and by love, and it is our mission as humans to act in love for the benefit of the whole. There is a "greater force for good" of which we are a part. This has nothing to do with organized religion. This has to do with cosmic law, which states that we are all one and all influence each other, whatever path we choose to take.

Hello dear Eilonwy and thank you for your participation. I can well understand the situation of the "wind being out of one's sails". After a time of standstill, we are required to put effort into moving without the wind doing it for us ... this is what comes to mind when contemplating my situation sometimes anyway...

The quality you are invited to increase is AWARENESS OF OTHERS - perhaps some "wind" will develop if they come more into you focus. Here are some questions which may help. If one of them jumps out at you , it will be particularly relevant. With love, Color Crusader.

What do you not take seriously?
Which part of yourself are you hiding from the outside world?
What fuels your fear?
How quick are you to welcome new people or experiences into your life?
How have your roots, or your family, provided a seemingly “negative” framework which now enables you to make “positive” choices?
Which person do you dislike because they represent a stone in your path, or because you have let them impinge on your freedom?
Which looming issue do you overlook on a daily basis?
Is it clear that the method you choose to reduce pain is a conscious choice and that there are alternatives?
What if pain is a lie detector pointing towards the truth?
Suppose that healing yourself is simply a matter of becoming more conscious or aware?

Thank you for your question dear AC. Much of what you say rings true. Mother earth is "ascending" in the sense that she is striving to perfect herself and move on in her spiritual journey. Her increasing rise in consciousness is equivalent to a rise in vibration, and not everyone on her soil will be able to match this development. It is not a case, however, of moving into another dimension separate from oneself which is labeled 5d: it is a case of doing the work oneself and raising one's own "vibration" to that level, but I reckon this is perhaps what you meant. Just trying to make things clearer for other readers here.

Concerning meditation: if this is defined as "quieting the mind and allowing divine intuition to surface", then it has served its purpose. If it is defined as "emptying the mind" alone, then there is something missing. All quiet moments (and, if one is an advanced soul, all chaotic moments) can contribute to allowing the advice of our inner "god fragments" to reach us. So many of us are taken up by our daily routines with scant time or thoughts for else. Others are simply trying to survive.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by "not liking the response". Perhaps you means that your inner advisor / intuition is giving you some information / indication / advice which you do not like, but it will be in your best interest in the long term.

Concerning your neighbours: it is a test for you to remain centred and remain true to your own principles. You may also choose to act as a role model for them, offering advice or kindness as appropriate, but only if they can accept it. If you are abused or exploited, this obviously is not the right path to take. It is always OK to send them love from a distance. Forgive them because they know not what they do: for if they truly knew the consequences of their "low vibration" actions, i.e. if they truly knew that this prevents them from continuing life on earth, then they would act differently. If you are still unclear about this, you have the option of choosing a number between 1 and 100. Love Color Crusader

Alone (no family, friend, or neighbor ties) in my sixties, coping as a female living on a 3900 foot mountain with only one way up and one way down. Have been "alone" all my life and for the first time, I feel defenseless. The level of "substance abuse" I've developed in the past few years is unhealthy.

I just want to be confident in my ability to protect myself. As such, I pick number 14. Thanks, OP.

Hello again WORLD IS A STAGE: first of all, I can well sympathise with the desire to live alone in a mountainous region, far way from all the present "madness". In a way, I have done a similar things myself. And yet, I realize that it is not a permanent decision and that contact with others is so necessary, not only for "company" or survival but - and this is the most important - for the learning lessons which interactions with others provide, as others mirror back to us the parts of ourselves which we have avoided looking at so far.

So while you have been courageous in "going it alone", it also requires courage to move on to new structures and new company, and to admit that one requires help in certain areas. This also opens up possibilities for others to demonstrate their ability to help you. Ideally, relationships and exchanges - on whatever level - are balanced.

The quality you have chosen with the number 14 is HONESTY, and I congratulate you in taking a first step by participating here and recognizing HONESTLY your present condition and the need for change.
