Self expression is not only saying what we think (as in trying to get new information across, as I think may be a familiar situation to many on GLP) but saying what we FEEL (sadness, anger, joy, frustration) and getting our EMOTIONS out into the open. Failure to do this will result in STRESS in our bodies, making us more susceptible to illness. How do you FEEL being called nuts all the tie, for example. Do your friends and family KNOW how you feel? Hope this may help further ...

Yes, definitely a version of present events with a lot of truth to it, LOL! We (all) are definitely in a war zone - but many do not realize because their normality is a "war zone" - a war on themselves, a war against the divinity in themselves, a war against anyone who strives, who looks beyond the material world, who finds fulfillment in helping others, who is not content to simply party it out until they sink into oblivion. Oblivion, and obliteration, is not the plan for this world. We are going to pull ourselves out of the mire. Our eyes are going to be forcibly opened. Those who still refuse to see, and who continue to inoculate themselves with debilitating substances and stuff themselves with debilitating lies, hoping for the best, failing to contribute, will not survive the process.

Maybe this can be answered in this way: we are always divine in that we are part of a divine whole, which is permeated with SPIRIT or LIFE. We are part of the DIVINE CREATION, and it is part of us. We may see it as as if a FRACTAL of the Divine whole is inside us - a fractal is a small part of the whole, but it looks exactly like the whole (like broccoli: the whole broccoli is formed of many parts which look like the whole).

Another way of looking at our divinity is considering whether we make moral choices. If so, we are making decisions which are in favour of others, rather than concentrating on ourselves. This is DIVINE behaviour. There are those who do not or cannot make such choices. Those that cannot, or who find it very difficult to do so, may be "slow-learning", or who may have altered DNA (robotoids).

Others refuse to progress spiritually and do not demonstrate divine behaviour - these are the "unholy" or "unclean" ones, because they refute cosmic law. In general, the soul cannot be judged by outsiders if they have chosen the learning journey (they may learn their life's lesson in the very final moments of their life, for example), but we CAN judge behavior which is not in alignment with divine principles.

So today I am dealing with feelings of loss, and chose the number 92 which is IMTIMACY. As there may be many others dealing with different cases of loss in these difficult times, where much is "cut of", I thought I would post the questions here for your use, because they are so relevant for the present situation generally:

How have you cut yourself off deliberately from the life that surrounds you?
What if you communicated your emotions now?
Which ‘carnival’ or exuberant celebration would you like to take part in?
How long will you wait before taking a new path?
What is preventing you from leaving the darkness and following the light?
Do you tend to ‘cut of’ unpleasant experiences rather than enquire into their cause?
How happy are you about allowing new experiences into your life, with the knowledge that they can cause radical change?
How would you live each day were your last?
Is there some inner truth which you have forgotten, but which you actually know and have known for eternity?
How would the world change if everyone pulled down the fences of control which separate them from everyone else?

Hi OP I wonder if you can help me. I've come to realise that I don't trust anyone. I try my best to discern what is true and what is not but I find it very hard to accept someone else's word. I feel that this has become detrimental to my progress and I would love some advice on how to become trusting again. The number I have chosen is 29.

Hello AC: when I read your post the first question which came to me was "How much do you trust yourself?". This is maybe something you can look at, and it actually fits in quite well with the quality you have chosen, which is RECOGNITION OF YOUR OWN UNIQUENESS. This is one of the greatest lacks on this world, that humans do not see themselves as unique beings who are here to manifest their divinity. If you are truly aware of your divine nature, and your uniqueness, then nothing will worry you concerning what anyone else says.

Also: if you trust yourself, you will start to trust others. This is the law of attraction - what you give (trustworthiness) you will receive (trustworthy people around you). The other important aspect, perhaps, is approached with the question below: "Do you recognise the importance of determining your destination before deciding who to travel with?".

Are you a victim? How good are you at setting limits?
Are you neglecting yourself for others?
In what sense are you ‘headless’? Do you know who you are?
Is it time to run? Can you let go? Where do you want to go to?
Do you recognise the importance of determining your destination before deciding who to travel with?
Do you recognise the danger of choosing your travelling companions first?
How much personal responsibility do you abdicate to authority, religious or otherwise?
Which part of yourself are you allowing to be completely disregarded or ‘raped’?
What dreadful event is showing you that it is in the interest of your higher self to change direction?
To what extent do you see life as movement – and as movement through ever higher stages of awareness?
What would change in your life if you were convinced of your own uniqueness?
What if we all focussed on the inspirational core truths of our religions rather than adhering to their rules?

Hello AC; what intuitively comes to mind is that BALANCE is a very important issue in your life. Regarding all stomach / digestive difficulties, the intestinal tract's job is to fully digest. On a mental level, which is intricately related, this means fully digesting all experiences, so that there is no "residue" to disturb optimal functioning. Regarding antibiotics, there are alternatives - one being MMS used on a short term basis. However I am not a doctor and cannot replace medical consultancy.
