That is exactly the current state of affairs. It should be re-named the (un)justice system. I wonder if the jury system should be replaced by a panel of judges? The horror of being falsely accused and sentenced as guilty and imprisoned is something like 20 percent. Imagine that all you who think everybody in prison is a caged animal deserving that! There has to be something better than that! Most crimes are directly or indirectly related to drug use. We have to make life bearable without being anesthetized by drugs.

his freezing the propery tax led to higher taxes throughout the state. since the rate was frozen, the local govern's inflated the home values based on the pre 2008 recession figures.hence the local governs maxed out the amount of $$ they are getting fro property taxes. this saved them for the short run. due to that ppl and businesses have left the state,meanin less tax and less jobs.

i should explain how NYS works. since wall st and the financial power heads pays so much into the fed in taxes , the state has worked to increase the poverty count of the rest of the state. the ore poor ppl in upstae NY,the ore the state gets back in federal $$.and whos hand is 1st to that cookie jar? governor GAYMO this is a designed move. keep ore ppl broke so the fed ives the state ore $$ throu schooling,food stamps,medicare,etc. he offsets the incoe tax of wall street with poor ppl.

i won't even go on to how the corruption has reached down to the local grassroots levels. local commerce offices,fire dept,children's clubs,libraries,etc. if GAYMO and hillary got away with it, why shouldn't they?
