Anything the supervisor DOES or doesn't do will be looked upon as favoritism to certain employees; it destroys morale And cohesiveness. I.E. If fuck boy gets a promotion or a raise everybody will think it's because he's screwing the boss. If somebody doesn't get a promotion/raise they'll think its because they ARE NOT screwing the boss. |
