There may have been some fraud, but there actually were a lot of Republicans who stayed home that day. Despite my pleas to hold their noses and vote a straight R ticket instead of voting directly for Moore (Oddly, that was an option despite there only being one race happening that day), my parents were two of them.

Look at the total votes cast for all candidates - roughly 1.4 million.

That is how many were cast in the governors race.

The republican was not liked in Kentucky, even by republicans - so 100k of the republicans voted for the very well liked Dem.

I am sure there is some fraud mixed in there, and it would only have taken a few thousand votes fraudulently switched from R to D - but this was not a 100k fraudulent undercount issue - not even close. If the republican could not win in a landslide like the others did, he didn’t deserve to win.

How many votes did the DEM Attorney General, Agriculture Commissioner and Treasurer get?
If your line of reasoning holds then they should all be about the same as the number of Democrat votes for govenor, around 700k votes. If their vote counts were all around 600K votes then I can understand your reasoning that votes were flipped from GOP to DEM for the govenor race.
